The Arena Sports Centre hosts many meetings & conferences throughout the year from your local company with four delegates through to National Governing Bodies with over 400. Having five conference rooms, a sixteen station computer suite and our café & bar facilities we are the ideal conference venue. We also have the facility to host over 400 with our main hall tiered seating & staging.

*All prices are negotiable depending on client group, number of rooms being booked, catering requirements, etc. Therefore, it is always advisable to contact the Arena Sports Centre Reception.
All rooms include use of television & DVD, flipchart & OHP. Conference rooms 3,4 & 5 have interactive whiteboards which can be linked directly to laptops.
Also we can offer catering facilities including teas, coffees, cold refreshments, buffet lunches, etc for your delegates.
Bookings can be taken one year in advance, with eight days written notice to cancel the booking (without loss of payment)
Opening hours are 7.00am-10.30pm
We also have free car parking for over 100 cars.
