Disabled sports

All our facilities are accessible for Disabled customers, we have three disabled changing rooms as well as five disabled restrooms. The Arena Sports Centre has a lift for access to the first floor for access to the fitness suite, dance studio, sauna, steamroom, café & bar.

The Arena Sports Centre is also home to a fantastic club for disabled customers ASAD (Arun Sports Association for the Disabled). So, if you are or you know someone who is disabled then why not come along to our sociable sports sessions on a Sunday afternoon (2.00-4.00pm). It includes short mat bowls, table tennis, snooker, board games, pistol shooting & archery (indoors).
