The Arena Sports Centre has four large trampolines located within the new Regis School Gym.
Together with ‘Dragon Flyers’ the resident trampolining club, we are able to offer one of the most
comprehensive trampolining programmes in the region, from recreational use to national performance.
All our courses are run by qualified Trampolining Instructors who are affiliated to the sport’s governing body, British Gymnastics. Courses primarily follow the British Gymnastics Award Scheme which is structured to provide a logical learning progression through the trampolining skills.
Who can Trampoline?
Trampolining is open to all ages, however, for safety reasons our courses are restricted to various age groups. Anyone suffering from a physical condition that could be aggravated by sudden movement or impact, should consult with one of the coaches in advance.
Trampolining can be beneficial for people identified with special needs, however, please ensure that these needs are stated at the time of booking so we can put appropriate measures in place to suitably
cater for the individual.
What Courses?
Recreational Trampolining
suitable for those just starting out, or the more experienced trampoliner that doesn’t want to go along the competitive route.
