Bring your babies with you to work out with our Instructor Becky and other new mums. Its a lovely friendly class that will help to get back in to a fitness routine after pregnancy!

PLEASE BE AWARE A PARENT/GUARDIAN WILL NEED TO SIGN A HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE FORM VIA RECEPTION BEFORE A CHILD CAN BOOK. (This only needs to be done once, an induction will be given to all participants on their first session).
Are you looking for a fun and engaging way for your child to participate in exercise?
Look no further…our Kids Bootcamp is designed to encourage a healthy lifestyle for children as young as 5 by introducing exercise by keeping it as fun as possible by using games and team exercises. Kids bootcamp introduces weights and other fitness equipment (age dependent) which is the perfect introduction to leading an active lifestyle- encouraged every step of the way by our instructor Becky! This course is perfect for those who are too young to use the gym but want to get involved with fitness and physical activity! Our instructor, Becky, is the perfect person to show you the ropes.
Exercise will have a HUGE benefit on your child's mental health!
Ranging from solo training with all of our fitness equipment, to group games- so the children won't even realise how much exercise they are doing and energy they are burning off!
A chance to make new friends and find a new passion for exercise and a healthy lifestyle!
Mondays and Tuesdays at 4pm
The booking doesn't have to be a birthday party it could be a party to celebrate Easter or just a get together with friends! Food rooms are still available to book alongside the party to extend the play time in the holidays!
Sessions run by experienced and qualified teaches, coaches and school games organisers. £19.75 per day or £74 for ALL 4 days. FREE if your child has a HAF code. ALL places include a 2 course HOT meal. Activities include: rock climbing, football, basketball, dance, tennis, group games, arts and crafts, tag rugby and our bouncy castles! Individual day places available, you don't need to book the whole camp to take part! Arts and crafts activities tailored to the season of the year.
Some feedback from our previous camps included:
Parents were super proud of how confident their child has become and how quickly they settled in, parents always fed back to the staff of all the activities they were told their child had done and how much they enjoyed it. Parents were also very proud as they had made new friends and invited them to her birthday party which was a special occasion for the child and the parents.
Parents were grateful and so happy with the service and the transformation of their child's behaviour. They commented they will certainly come back and do it again. At the end of the week their child was talking to their new friend. This led to the two parents exchanging phone numbers and organising a play date. A real demonstration of the long term impact of our HAF provision, creating positive sustainable outcomes initiated at the camp.

Taster session running this half term so your child can try it out before you commit to paying for a whole half term. Course will start first week after half term (week beginning 19th February). Please note the days and timings for when the course launches are slightly different. Mondays 4-5pm (Ages 5-10) Tuesdays 4-5pm (Ages 10-15). Cost per session: Member or Pupil Premium Child £4 Non-member £5 (Full payment is taken upon booking for the half term)! Bookings for the February-March term open soon so stay tuned.

We are excited to advertise our Christmas grotto for 2023! Join us on Friday 22nd December for tots soft play, a visit to Santa's grotto and much more! There will be: Christmas craft activities and games, a present for each child, a hot drink for parents. All for £10 per child. Please note there are limited Santa slots available. Tots drop-in sessions will be running from 9am-3pm Monday-Friday over October Half term (week beginning 23rd October). Tots sessions are for children aged 0-8 years old. £3.50 per child (free if they cannot walk yet).
Moving forward (as of September 2023) all climbing sessions will be delivered by an external, long-term hirer. West Sussex's largest climbing provider, who already run 'Climb Chichester', 'Climb Hayling' and 'Climb Midhurst' will be coming to Bognor! Please see below for a word from Richard:
"I would like to introduce myself, my name is Rich and I am taking over the operating and running of all climbing activities at the climbing wall at the Arena sports Centre in Bognor Regis. I already teach and manage 3 other climbing walls and am excited to bring this facility under our control. We will be bringing across our hugely popular climbing club sessions to the wall in Bognor. I have lived in Bognor for a number of years and pumped to be able to teach on this wall. I will be bringing across our proven climbing award scheme to club members, where the children work through their various awards. We will be offering the following courses for the Autumn term: Wednesdays 5-6.30pm Beginners (8+) and Wednesdays 6.30-8pm Intermediate (10+). Saturdays - to be confirmed."
