Are you looking for a fun and engaging way for your child to participate in exercise?

Look no further…our Kids Bootcamp is designed to encourage a healthy lifestyle for children as young as 5 by introducing exercise by keeping it as fun as possible by using games and team exercises. Kids bootcamp introduces weights and other fitness equipment (age dependent) which is the perfect introduction to leading an active lifestyle- encouraged every step of the way by our instructor Becky! This course is perfect for those who are too young to use the gym but want to get involved with fitness and physical activity! Our instructor, Becky, is the perfect person to show you the ropes.

Exercise will have a HUGE benefit on your child's mental health!

Ranging from solo training with all of our fitness equipment, to group games- so the children won't even realise how much exercise they are doing and energy they are burning off!

A chance to make new friends and find a new passion for exercise and a healthy lifestyle!

Mondays and Tuesdays at 4pm
